Publishing through Gazlay Music, Co. is handled by industry standards. A compulsory license is available for anyone who wishes to use a song. First time recording permission of an unpublished song is an entirely negotiated process, which falls directly in the hands of the song or composition's creator.

Use of the sound recordings themselves are also available upon request. Minimums below apply.

Current rate for compulsory use is $.091 (9.1cents) per song up to 5:00 minutes in length. Songs over 5:00 minutes in length are figured at $.0175 (1.75 cents) per minute or fraction thereof.

He will return your inquiry as soon as possible to gather information to start the process for your song license. Payments are accepted through Credit Card, online using PayPal.

There is a minimum purchase of 500 copies for cassette, phono record or CD. There is also a minimum purchase of 150 copies for digital distribution. Amounts over 2,500 require a mechanical license.
